Directions

  1. First, cut the cheese into small cubes so that it melts faster and more evenly.
  2. Finely chop the green onions. You can substitute any other greens you like.
  3. In a bowl put the cow's cheese, some of the cheese, because we need decoration, green onion, cream and mix well.
  4. Add the egg and mix everything again.
  5. Add flour (you can use rice or whole grain flour instead of white wheat) and leave for 10 minutes.
  6. Take a small amount of dough, form it into a ball in your palms, flatten it slightly and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  7. Repeat the movements until the dough runs out.
  8. Garnish each baking sheet with cheese pieces and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  9. Place in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
  10. They can be served hot, when the cheese is melted, or cold. They can replace bread or vegetables.
