Directions
In a bowl, add the dates, cover them with warm water and let them soak for 10 minutes, then drain them well.
Crush the walnuts in the bowl of a food processor, then transfer them to a container.
Mince the dates finely until we get a paste.
On top, add the chopped walnuts, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, and a pinch of salt.
Mix until the ingredients are incorporated.
Grease a 20 cm diameter removable tray with butter.
Transfer the date and nut mixture to the tray, spread over the entire surface and raise 2 cm walls.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave or over a double boiler.
Add the powdered sugar on top and pour in the milk, mix with a whisk until the ingredients are incorporated.
Add the mixture on top of the dough, level it lightly and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Before serving the tart, run a knife around the edges to make sure we can remove the ring from the pan.
Decorate with dates, nuts, and coconut flakes if desired.
