    100 ml
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 2,5%
    100 ml
  • Oil
    30 ml
  • Flour
    350 g
  • Salt
    to taste

    250 g

Directions

  1. For the dough, mix: warm water with milk, together with oil and egg, add flour with salt, mix and shape into a ball.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 pieces, shape them into small balls, and cover with a towel.
  3. For the filling, grate the pumpkin, add finely chopped dill, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix everything well.
  4. Roll out each dough ball to a thickness of 2 mm, Cut out circles, add a teaspoon of filling and seal the edges well.
  5. Boil the dumplings in boiling salted water, at medium-low heat for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Drain the water and serve with sour cream, greens, or with pumpkin pie with onions. Enjoy!
