Directions
In a bowl, add the sifted flour and salt, mix the ingredients.
In another bowl, mix the milk, water, eggs and oil.
Mix liquid and solid ingredients.
Mix and form a ball.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Work with the first part and wrap the second part with plastic wrap.
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin to a thickness of 2 mm.
Cut out circles with a glass.
In a bowl, add the cooled mashed potatoes, season with salt, black pepper and add a tempered onion.
Put a teaspoon of the mixture in each circle.
Close the dumplings tightly and boil them in a saucepan of boiling salted water in stages.
Since the dumplings rise to the surface, leave for 1 minute, then remove.
Serve with sour cream and sautéed onions.
