Directions

  1. In a bowl, add the sifted flour and salt, mix the ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, water, eggs and oil.
  3. Mix liquid and solid ingredients.
  4. Mix and form a ball.
  5. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
  7. Work with the first part and wrap the second part with plastic wrap.
  8. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin to a thickness of 2 mm.
  9. Cut out circles with a glass.
  10. In a bowl, add the cooled mashed potatoes, season with salt, black pepper and add a tempered onion.
  11. Put a teaspoon of the mixture in each circle.
  12. Close the dumplings tightly and boil them in a saucepan of boiling salted water in stages.
  13. Since the dumplings rise to the surface, leave for 1 minute, then remove.
  14. Serve with sour cream and sautéed onions.
  15. Enjoy!
