Soufflé with fine cheese and currants

  • Cottage Cheese Căsuța Mea 5.5%
    400 g
  • Black currant
    120 g
  • Chicken egg
    2 pc
  • Sugar
    15 g

Directions

  1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, currants and sugar.
  2. Squeeze the liquid through a sieve, as I show. Grind the remaining liquid in a blender.
  3. Place the soufflé in a greased pan, press the currants on top and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. We enjoy it warm! If you replace the sugar with something else, you'll get a diet dessert.
