In a bowl, put the flour, add the salt, break the eggs, pour the water at room temperature mixed with a spoon, (the flour varies and you may need less water).
Pour the oil, knead the dough, cover with a towel and allow for 30 minutes to rest.
The dough will become soft, elastic and flexible.
For filling, mix the cow's cheese with the eggs and salt.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces, shape the balls and spread the thin dough on the surface.
Cut square shapes add filling and glue the corners.
- Take the biggest saucepan you have in the house and boil the water.
- Add the corners, cover with lid, since I boil, remove the lid and boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the corners of liquid and tasting with cream (caramelized onion or fried onion).
