Directions

Beat the egg with the sugar and salt.
Add the pumpkin puree, melted butter, warm milk, mix again, sift the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
We grate the orange zest and fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan, at medium temperature, on both sides.
Enjoy the pancakes with walnuts and honey. Bon appétit!
