  • Sugar

  • Cheese Feta

  • Single Cream (Half-and-Half) Căsuța Mea 15%
    100 g
  • Lemon Zest
    1 pc
  • Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp
  • Caviar

Directions

  1. Mix the milk with spinach, egg, sugar, salt, oil, and flour.
  2. ✅Fry the pancakes in a hot pan on both sides.
  3. ✅ For the cream, mash the feta cheese with the sour cream, oil, lemon zest, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  4. ✅Add a spoonful of cream over each pancake, spread it evenly across the surface, and then roll up two pancakes tightly each time.
  5. ✅ Cut into equal pieces, serve on a platter with red caviar, and optionally garnish with greens.
  6. Enjoy!
