Clean the sweet potato & shave it on a grater, add in a bowl together with the whole flour & baking powder.
Cut the green onion into thin slices, add my cottage cheese, shave some of the hard cheese, season with salt & black pepper to taste.
Mix everything well.
Divide the composition in the shapes of muffins, powdered with the rest of the cheese, sprinkle with poppy seeds & sunflower seeds and for a spicy note sprinkle with chili chili cut.
Bake the muffins at the bottom of the oven for 45-50 minutes.
