For the dough, mix: lukewarm milk with melted and cooled butter, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and dry yeast.

Divide the dough into 15 pieces,
Roll out each piece of dough on a work surface greased with oil,
Add 2 teaspoons of boiled condensed milk, fold the edges and shape into small balls.
Transfer the buns to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rise for 20 minutes.
Brush with egg yolk and buttermilk.
Bake the rolls for 20 minutes, Temperature 180 °C.
