Directions

  1. Combine: the eggs, sugar, and salt. Beat until the texture becomes fluffy.
  2. Add the softened butter, the cream cheese, and beat again. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch.
  3. Gradually add the dry mixture to the common mass, mix. Pour in the lemon juice, oil, mix until smooth.
  4. Finally, fold in the fruits, add the batter into a buttered and floured pan, and bake for 55-60 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Decorate as desired. Enjoy!
