Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the melted butter and incorporate one egg at a time.
  2. Gradually add the flour, continuing to mix until there are no lumps, finally add the salt powder, baking powder, and orange essence.
  3. Mix for 1 more minute.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Remove and let the cake cool completely.
  6. For the glaze. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, add the squeezed orange juice, mix, pour the glaze over the cake, add orange slices if desired.
  7. Let the glaze harden and enjoy.
  8. Enjoy!
