Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add: rice, star anise, mango pieces, 2 generous tablespoons of honey.
  2. Pour in the water and simmer under the lid over medium heat for 25 minutes, stirring periodically, until the mixture has thickened and the rice is soft and fluffy.
  3. We add yogurt to make the pudding creamier.
  4. Pour into bowls, drizzle with the remaining honey and garnish with mango.
  5. Enjoy your meal.
