Directions

  1. Grate the zest of a lime and squeeze the juice.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lime zest.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk.
  4. Pour the lime juice.
  5. The mixture will thicken slightly.
  6. It is poured into small glasses or into lime peel.
  7. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  8. Before serving, garnish with lime zest and mint leaves. Enjoy!
