Directions

  1. Chop the onion very finely and fry in oil over medium heat.
  2. Add spinach and let it cook.
  3. Add ricotta and stir until mixture is creamy.
  4. Add salt and pepper and mix again
  5. Cook the clam pasta according to package directions and let it cool.
  6. Meanwhile, melt the butter, add flour and stir.
  7. Pour the milk into the Căsuța Mea and continue stirring until it boils.
  8. Add salt and pepper and mix.
  9. Grease the shape with a little sauce.
  10. Fill each shell with the cream filling, then pour the sauce over it so that it covers the shells.
  11. Then add suluguni cheese and leave in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
