  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Butter Căsuța Mea 82,5%
    40 g
  • Chicken egg
    1 pc
  • Egg yolk
    1 pc
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%
    75 ml

Directions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar, and egg yolk in a bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  2. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: corn flour, wheat flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and anise.
  3. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture and mix gently.
  4. Pour in the milk and knead until you get a soft, dense, non-sticky dough.
  5. Shape small balls (~30 g each) and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until lightly golden on top. Enjoy!
