Mash the cottage cheese until the texture becomes smooth, add the powdered sugar with the vanilla extract, mash again, add the butter at room temperature, and mix once more until the ingredients come together.
Fll the desired molds with cheese mixture and put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
For the Glaze:
In a baking pan, place the white chocolate in a layer, put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 120°C, take it out, stir with a spatula, return it to the oven again for 10 minutes, and repeat the process until achieve a brown color.
Add the salt, butter and cocoa butter and mix (transfer to a deeper bowl).
Dip each snack in the glaze, place it on a plate, and put it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
