Savory biscuits made with three kinds of cheese and fresh green onion. Perfect as a snack, appetizer or served alongside soups and salads.

  • Mozzarella Căsuța Mea for Pizza and Sandwiches

  • Green onions
    1 leaf
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and knead with your fingertips until you achieve a crumbly texture.
  4. Incorporate the Cheddar cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and green onion.
  5. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until you obtain a smooth dough. If necessary, add a little milk.
  6. Form dough balls, gently flatten them, and place them on the baking tray, leaving a little space between each.
  7. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes, until they turn a light golden color.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. They are delicious both warm and cold. Enjoy!
