Directions
Put the nuts in a tray and place in the preheated oven at 180 C for 10 minutes, stirring periodically.
We remove the walnuts, let it cool completely, put them in the bowl of a kitchen robot and chop them.
We cut the Filo dough, the cutting for the desired form, Grease each sheet with melted butter and put 7 sheets in the tray.
Then a generous layer of chopped nuts, so we continue until we finish.
At the end we cut the baclavaua in 16 equal parts.
We give the tray in the preheated oven at 180 C for 35 minutes.
In the meantime, we prepare the syrup, in a saucepan add the sugar, pour the water and lemon juice.
Put on fire and boil until the sugar will melt.
We remove the tray from the oven and pour the syrup over the baclava.
I left 2 hours to absorb the syrup.
We serve with our favorite.
