Put the egg into a bowl, add the melted butter, and whisk together, then add the sugar and mix again.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients – the flour, baking powder, toasted sesame seeds, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix with a spatula.
At the end, add the dried raisins, shape cookies weighing about 25 grams each, transfer them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
