Directions

In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with the butter and cool.
In another bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar for 4-5 minutes, add the chocolate mixture and mix for another 2-3 minutes.
Incorporate the flour, baking powder, and salt into the liquid mixture, mixing until there are no more lumps.
Form 12-15 balls and transfer them to a tray lined with baking paper.
Decorate the balls with pistachios and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
The cookies are soft, but as they cool, they will harden.
