Directions

  1. In a saucepan we melt the chocolate with butter and cool.
  2. In another bowl mix the eggs with the sugar 4-5 minutes, add the chocolate mixture and mix 2-3 minutes.
  3. We incorporate the flour, baking powder and salt in the liquid mixture, mix until we only have cocoons.
  4. We form 12-15 balls and transfer them to a tray lined with baking paper.
  5. We decorate the balls with pistachios and bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.
  6. The biscuits are soft but since they cool down.
