Directions

  1. Pour boiling water over the raisins, let them soak for 5 minutes.
  2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and vanilla sugar, beat for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in the milk, beat again.
  4. Add the pre-cooked pasta and mix,
  5. Finally, add the drained raisins.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a 28 cm diameter pan greased with butter.
  7. Gently level the surface and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
  8. Remove, turn onto a plate, and decorate with nuts and raisins.
