Appetizer for the Easter table with asparagus

Directions

  1. Gently roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, divide into 6 squares.
  2. Season the asparagus with salt and black pepper to taste and mix.
  3. Place 2 slices of prosciutto, 2-3 asparagus spears and grated cheese in each square.
  4. Lift 2 opposite corners of the squares and wrap, pressing lightly to seal.
  5. Brush the appetizers with beaten egg, bake until the puff pastry is golden and fluffy, approximately 30-35 minutes, at 190 °C.
  6. Serve immediately!
  7. Happy easter!
