How to make a good morning: some rituals for the family

Morning is a special time of day, as it sets the mood for the entire day. Spend the morning warmly and cheerfully, as this feeling of joy will accompany you until evening. And this part of the day is also an excellent opportunity to remind all members of your family how wonderful it is to be together!

Create your own special morning traditions for family reunification and a wonderful start to the day.

Let's Dance

Even children know that movement is life. Therefore, it's recommended to start the morning with physical warm-up exercises. But we suggest going even further and starting the day with a dance! Just choose the most cheerful tunes in advance and let musical rhythms wake everyone up in the morning instead of an alarm clock.

Getting Dressed Together

After we've had fun dancing, it's time to get dressed. To make the morning more dynamic and have more time for family breakfast, we suggest adding an element of competition. How about getting dressed at speed? Set the alarm for three minutes, command "three, two, one, start!" and run to our rooms to get dressed. Children are always willing to participate in any competitive proposals. And even the slowest children, striving to win, move faster and the dressing process takes them much less time.

Breakfast

Everyone is cheerful and dressed – it's time to eat! Breakfast with the whole family is a very pleasant and unifying event. Make sure to find time to start the morning at the same table with the whole family, drink morning tea, eat a delicious and healthy breakfast, and chat with the family. During weekdays, when there isn't much time for breakfast, you can limit yourself to simple dishes – make an omelet with milk or have breakfast with cottage cheese and sour cream. And on weekends, delight the whole family with their favorite dishes, for example, fluffy cheese pancakes from crumbly cottage cheese or pancakes with thick sour cream. Eight Hugs

Scientists note that any person needs eight hugs a day to be happy. Give each other all eight hugs simultaneously – and let the day be happy right from the morning!
