Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave oven.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the egg yolks and sugar until they become fluffy and foamy.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the eggs gradually, stirring.
  4. We add the flour, mix until we get a homogeneous mixture, transfer it into a pastry bag.
  5. Pour 2/3 of the mixture into the prepared molds, previously greased with butter and sprinkled with cocoa powder.
  6. Bake the desserts for 12 minutes, Temperature 190 °C.
  7. Serve the dessert immediately, if desired with ice cream! Enjoy!
