Directions

  1. For the sauce, mix: the cream with mayonnaise, the garlic, the chopped dill, the salt & red pepper powder to taste.
  2. Cut the eggplants 1 cm & tomatoes of 0.5 cm.
  3. We fry the slices of eggplant a little salted on both sides until they are slightly browned.
  4. Grease an oil shape, place in a fan form and tomatoes, grease each slice with sauce.
  5. Bake 7 minutes at temperature 170 C,
  6. We remove, press with the cheese, return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  7. We remove & enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
