    300 ml
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%
    250 ml
  • Salt

  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    50 g
  • Mozzarella Căsuța Mea for Pizza and Sandwiches
    40 g
  • Chicken egg

Directions

  1. Wash the cornmeal well.
  2. Add the millet to a saucepan, pour in the water, then add the butter and salt to taste.
  3. Put on the stove and cook for about 15 minutes covered.
  4. Pour the milk and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Take off the heat, add the remaining butter, mix, and let sit for 10 minutes under a lid.
  6. Put the porridge in serving plates, grate the mozzarella on top.
  7. Add a boiled egg (boiled for approximately 6 minutes). Garnish with herbs and enjoy. Bon appétit.
