For the dough, combine the flour, salt, dried herbs, very cold cubed butter, and mix with your fingers.
Add the egg, vodka, and a few tablespoons of very cold water.
Knead the dough into a ball.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and place it in a 24 cm diameter pan, shaping the base and the sides. Prick it occasionally with a fork and put it in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
For the filling: beat all the ingredients except for the brie cheese, and finally fold in the brie cheese cut into very small cubes.
Bake the base for 15 minutes at 190°C.
Add a few tablespoons of the filling over the base and arrange very thin slices of zucchini.
Pour the filling and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
