Directions

  1. Cut the cucumber, radish, egg white, chicken breast and chopped green onion into small cubes.
  2. Chop the dill very finely, adding salt and black pepper.
  3. Add egg yolk and mustard to a bowl.
  4. Mix everything very thoroughly until the lumps disappear, add dill, continue mixing, pour in sparkling water and our kefir.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and a few ice cubes if desired.
  6. I made a serving of soup. Be sure to serve it cold. Enjoy!
