Salad with beetroot, avocado and cheese

  • Green onions
    6 pc
  • Capers
    40 g
  • Сhili flakes
  • Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp
  • Honey
    1 tsp
  • Mustard
    1 tsp
  • Salt
    to taste

Directions

  1. Cut 2 red beets into cubes, previously roasted and peeled.
  2. Transfer to a serving plate.
  3. Clean and cut 1 large avocado or 2 smaller ones into cubes.
  4. Add over the beetroot, along with the crumbled cheese, then sprinkle with capers and chopped green onions.
  5. For the dressing, mix the oil with lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle the salad and sprinkle it with chili flakes. Toss the salad before serving and enjoy. Happy holidays!
