Sift the flour, add salt and diced butter Căsuța Mea.
Add butter to the flour.
Mix the yolk thoroughly with cold water.
Add the liquid mixture to the flour and butter.
Knead the dough until it forms a ball.
Wrap with cling film.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 30 minutes.
We take out the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 4-5 mm.
Transfer the dough into a mold with a removable bottom.
Place the base and sides, trim off any excess dough, add weight and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Remove the crust, let it cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them first into circles, then into small cubes.
Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Clean the mushrooms, then cut them into pieces.
Add them over the potatoes, fry everything together for another 5 minutes with finely chopped or grated garlic, seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
Beat the egg in a bowl, add grated Parmesan, sour cream, milk, finely chopped parsley and fried mushrooms with potatoes.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Pour the mixture over the dough and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
