Directions
Sift the flour, add the salt & butter my cottage cut into cubes.
Incorporate butter into flour.
Mix the yolk well with cold water,
Add the liquid composition to the butter flour.
Spread the dough until you get to form a ball.

Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or 30 minutes at the freezer.

Add over the potatoes for 5 minutes, together with the chopped or grated isturoi, season with salt & black pepper, to taste.
Beat the egg in a bowl, add the parmesan given by grater, cream, milk, very small chopped parsley & fried potato mushrooms.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Put the composition & bake 40 minutes at the temperature 180 C.
Remove it from the oven and let it cool before serving.
