Directions

  1. For the marinade, mix: yogurt with salt, black pepper, paprika, and turmeric.
  2. Add the well-washed and dried chicken, cover it with the prepared marinade, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours (periodically brushing the entire surface).
  3. Open the beer, remove half of the bottle, add black peppercorns, place the chicken on the can, and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  4. Take it out and serve it with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
