In a container we emit: the melted butter, 4 dogs of crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, sweet pepper, chili pepper flakes and juice from half a lemon.
The well washed & dry chicken with paper towels grease it all over the surface with the prepared mixture, the rest of the garlic, lemon and rosemary add them inside the chicken.
We put the chicken in the preheated oven at 180 C for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
We serve the chicken with garnish made of chicken puree, baked potatoes or salad.
