Directions

  1. For the dough, mix: sifted flour with sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the butter, add the egg yolks, mix and form a ball.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 pieces: (1/3 and 2/3) and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. For the filling, beat the egg whites with the salt and powdered sugar.
  4. In another bowl, mix the sour cream with the cornstarch and spices, add 350 gr of diced nectarines, add the beaten egg whites and mix.
  5. We take out 2/3 of the dough, grate it, form the base and slightly lift the sides.
  6. Add the filling, the remaining nectarines, grate the remaining dough and bake for 80-90 minutes at 160 °C.
  7. Remove, cool, cut and enjoy. Enjoy!
