Directions

  1. Beat the softened butter together with the sugar and oil, then add the eggs with the grated peel and the orange juice, mixing again.
  2. Add the flour, stir again, and pour the mixture into a 23-24 cm diameter pan, previously greased with butter and sprinkled with sugar.
  3. Level the batter with a spatula and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
  4. Serve the cake cold with whipped cream and blackberries. Enjoy!
