Directions

👉 Grate the zucchinis.
👉 Mix them with the sugar and the egg yolks.
👉 Pour the melted butter and oil, then mix.
👉 Mix the flour with the baking powder, then add it to the rest of the ingredients.
👉 In the end, incorporate the previously beaten egg whites.
👉 Place the dough in a baking dish, level it, and bake for 45-50 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy!
