Preheat the oven to 175 C°C. Line a 20x20 cm baking dish with baking paper.
For the dough, mix the flour with the salt and sugar, add the very cold butter cut into cubes, place the dough in the form, flattening it slightly.
For the filling, mix: the roasted ground almonds with the flour, sugar, butter, egg, almond or vanilla extract and salt powder.
Add the filling to the baked and cooled crust.
Place the apricot slices, return to the oven and bake for another 1 hour, until the cake is golden brown.
