Directions
Saute the sliced carrot until lightly browned, add the sliced onion, saute until soft, add the celery and continue stirring until browned.
Take out the vegetables on a platter.
In the same pan, add: the cleaned and well-washed liver. Cook for 5 minutes.
Turn the vegetables over, season with salt, pepper and thyme to taste. Stir and simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool completely, add the butter at room temperature and blend with a blender until get a fine texture.
Savor the pâté with breadcrumbs and herbs. Enjoy your meal.
