Directions

  1. Saute the sliced ​​carrot until lightly browned, add the sliced ​​onion, saute until soft, add the celery and continue stirring until browned.
  2. Take out the vegetables on a platter.
  3. In the same pan, add: the cleaned and well-washed liver. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn the vegetables over, season with salt, pepper and thyme to taste. Stir and simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Let it cool completely, add the butter at room temperature and blend with a blender until we get a fine texture.
  6. We enjoyed the pâté with breadcrumbs and herbs. Bon appetit.
