    250 g
  • Cheese Ricotta
    250 g
  • Vanilla Sugar
    1 tsp
  • Sugar
    6 tbsp
  • Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 15%
    150 g
  • Chicken egg
    4 pc
  • Semolina
    6 tbsp
  • Baking powder
    1 tsp

Directions

  1. Mix the previously mashed cottage cheese together with the ricotta cheese.
  2. ✅ Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mix.
  3. Add the sour cream together with the semolina and baking powder.
  4. ✅ Mix until the ingredients are incorporated together.
  5. ✅ Fill the desired molds with 2/3 of the volume of dough and bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.
  6. ✅ Let them cool slightly and enjoy.
  7. Enjoy!
