Puffy cake with plums and walnuts

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs until frothy, add the sugar, and continue beating until the texture becomes fluffy.
  2. Add the melted butter, ground or crushed nuts, and vanilla.
  3. Continue with the flour and salt, mix until incorporated.
  4. Pour the batter into a 20 cm diameter mold.
  5. Arrange the plum slices and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 °C. Enjoy!
