Directions

  1. Mix the wheat flour with oat flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. Add dried fruits (for example, we have: raisins, cranberries and dried plums), nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts), pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and poppy seeds, mix.
  3. Pour the buttermilk, add the honey with the sugar, mix again.
  4. Transfer the dough into a rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Take out the bread and let it cool completely.
  6. Slice the bread very thinly, transfer it to a baking tray, and bake for 10 minutes on each side - Temperature 150 °C.
  7. We’re chilling and savoring with cream cheese. Enjoy!
