Directions
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
In a well-heated pan, add the oil, sliced chicken breast, and fry until nicely browned.
Remove to a plate.
In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion.
Add the carrot, diced sweet pepper, corn and chopped garlic.
Fry for 5 minutes.
Add the eggs and mix everything well.
Add the rice, chicken breast, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Mix everything and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot rice.
