Directions

  1. Start by frying the onion in a drop of oil until golden.
  2. Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes cut in halves, leaving them to brush a little.
  3. Put the drunk pork (which has a quality composition, without preservatives) in the pan and mix well.
  4. Add well washed buckwheat, cream and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover the vessel and boil over low heat for 25-30 minutes, until the buckwheat is cooked and the liquid absorbs.
  6. In the end, sprinkle the breed mozzarella on top and let it melt.
