    400 g
  • Canned pineapple
    400 ml
  • Condensed Milk

Directions

  1. Mix the gelatin with the pineapple juice and let it swell for 1 hour. Then melt in the microwave or steam bath.
  2. In another bowl, blend the low-fat cottage cheese with our sour cream, condensed milk, and vanilla essence until the texture becomes smooth.
  3. Add the melted gelatin, mix and add the pineapple with the diced apricots, mix again.
  4. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for a few hours.
  5. Cut and enjoy. Enjoy!
