Cottage Cheese Căsuța Mea Low Fat

400 g
Canned pineapple

400 ml
Condensed Milk

GELATIN

Directions

Mix the gelatin with the pineapple juice & let it swell for 1 hour. Then we melt in the microwave or steam bath.
In another vessel we pass the cow cheese degreased with our cream, condensed milk & vanilla essence, until the texture becomes fine.
We add the melted gelatin, mix & add the pineapple with the cubes cut, We mix again.
We pour in a form & give in the refrigerator for a few hours.
We cut and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
