Directions

Beat the egg with the sugar.
We laugh through the small grater the carrot, add the orange peel, pour the hot chef together with the oil & mix.
Sifer the flour with baking powder, mix.
We fry the pancakes on a hot pan, until they are browned on both sides.
For sauce, we boil 1-2 minutes: the orange juice together 1 teaspoon- corn starch & sugar.
We serve pancakes with sauce.
