Directions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, dry yeast, and salt.
  2. Pour the lukewarm milk, add the egg, the egg yolk, and mix.
  3. ✅ Add the softened butter, knead the dough for 10-12 minutes, or until you obtain an elastic dough.
  4. ✅ Cover the dough and let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
  5. For the cream, mix the chocolate cream with chopped nuts.
  6. Spread the dough to a thickness of 5-6 mm, in a rectangular shape, spread with the prepared cream.
  7. ✅ Fold the dough in half lengthwise, divide it into 8 equal pieces, and shape the rolls as shown in the video recipe.
  8. Transfer to a 23-24 cm diameter pan, cover with foil, and let it rise for an hour in a warm place.
  9. ✅ Bake the buns for 35-40 minutes at 190 °С. 🌰 Enjoy!
