Directions

  1. In a large bowl add 350 grams of pumpkin puree (you can replace with freshly scraped pumpkin), 2 eggs, 170 grams of sugar, 50 ml of oil, 50 grams of cream and orange peel,
  2. We mix all the ingredients very well.

  10. Mix with a whisk until we get a fine and dense composition.
  11. Decorate the cake with the prepared cream and pumpkin seeds.
