Directions

  1. Beat the butter at room temperature with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs, ricotta and melted and slightly cooled white chocolate.
  2. Sift the flour with the baking powder, mix until there are no lumps. Pour in the milk and mix everything well.
  3. Transfer the dough to a 20 cm diameter pan, lightly level the surface and sprinkle with red currants.
  4. Bake the cake for 40-50 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. Remove, cool slightly and enjoy. Enjoy your meal.
