For the filling:

  • Raspberry
    500 g

For the meringue:

  • Egg white
    4 pc
  • Sugar
    200 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add: flour, sugar, salt and cold butter cut into cubes, incorporate the ingredients, add the yolks and form a ball.
  2. Spread the dough over the entire surface of a pan with a diagonal of 24 cm and walls with a height of 1.5-2 cm.
  3. Place the tray in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 165 °C for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the egg whites with the sugar for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove the tray, add raspberries and finally the meringue.
  6. Return to the oven for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned.
  7. Enjoy!
