    300 g
  • Baking powder
    6 g
  • Sugar
    80 g
  • Muesli
    200 g
  • Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp
  • Blueberries
    125 g
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%
    300 ml
  • Oil
    80 ml
  • Chicken egg
    2 pc
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Powdered sugar
    to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and muesli (reserve about ⅓ cup for topping).
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and oil until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate and 75 g of blueberries. Divide the batter into muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining blueberries and muesli on top. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let the muffins cool briefly in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
